Straight talk, even when it's hard

If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, you hear it from us first, clearly, with options and prices, before anything changes.

02

A price you know up front

Flat prices on small jobs. Firm written quotes on big ones. No running meter, no guessing what the bill will be.

03

Local and trusted

We live and work in the South Hills and Greater Pittsburgh area. Most of our jobs come from neighbors who sent their friends our way.

04

1-year workmanship warranty

If something we did isn't right within a year, we come back and make it right. No additional charge.

How it works

  1. 01

Book it or request a quote

Small job? Book Now and pick a time. Remodel? Request a Quote and we'll set up a visit.

  2. 02

Know the price and the plan

You get the price in writing and a date we'll actually keep. If anything changes, you hear about it first.

  3. 03

    Done right, walked through together

We walk the finished work with you, clean up, and stand behind it for a year.

On the job

Real jobs.
Real footage.

No actors, no stock video, no film crew. These clips were shot on our phones, on our job sites, in the middle of real projects. Dust, drop cloths and all.

The finished photos show where we end up. This shows how we get there. It's the same honesty you'll get from us on your project, including the parts that aren't pretty yet.

“I would highly recommend the services offered by Greg at Housewiz! Greg is very professional! He communicated well throughout our process. He was punctual from beginning to end. He always left the job site tidy at the end of each day. He is very thorough and takes great pride in his work. He pays attention to every detail, even if that means doing a little extra along the way.”

Is HouseWIZ the right fit for you?

We're probably not the cheapest bid you'll get. Here's who we're built for.

  • You want it done right the first time, not done twice.
  • You'd rather have a contractor who calls you back than one who disappears.
  • Your time matters, and you want the project finished, not sitting half-done for months.
  • You want the honest answer, even when it isn't the one you hoped for.

Let's get it off your list.

Tell us what you need. Small jobs get a time slot; bigger projects get a visit and a written quote. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
